The breakfast was great, they had everything refilled until the last minute. Staff provided us with Omelet every morning, if you ask them they will bring it to you at no charge :) The location was good, exact 15min walk to Taksim. I’ve seen in comments that people complained about the “very bad uphill” but it was not horrible. Also they provided shuttle every hour, mornings and evenings. We stayed for 3 weeks, and during our stay we had no issue with the safe box or the AC, it was working just perfectly. The hotel management was great and the staff were friendly and amazing. They were always ready to help and answer any questions. Will definitely chose this hotel again!

no much option for breakfast, i love the bathroom alot, and the room full of mirror which is amazing room is clean and maintained

It was beyond my expectation. The hotel location is very nice which is near to all facilities. I like the hotel staff behavior and the rooms which we booked were so nice and comfortable.

Wonderful experience. Felt like home. Clean hotel, good breakfast, quiet and well equipped room. Best surprise was M. Eray at the reception with excellent service and care to the smallest details. The best guidance and care a tourist can expect. Gul at the 7th floor was doing perfect quick cleaning. Smiling staff. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely come again.

I like everything about the property, big room, full of mirrors toilet, luxurious, big lobby, amazing and friendly staff, adorable I recommend for couples and families, delicious breakfast as well.
